Freedom Vibes will be the nation’s premierE Juneteenth celebration.

Produced by the National Juneteenth Museum, this four-day event will take place in Fort Worth, Texas, the fastest-growing city in America and home of the upcoming museum.

As part of the National Juneteenth Museum’s popular Speaker Series, this year’s festival will feature a discussion with renowned and insightful thought-leaders on topics ranging from culture and history to health and innovation.

  • The National Juneteenth Museum is honored to announce that Ambassador Andrew Young, a towering figure of the Civil Rights Movement and global humanitarian, will headline the Freedom Vibes 2025 "Uniting Voices" Speaker Series on Thursday, June 19 at 3:00 PM, hosted at IM Terrell High School in Fort Worth, Texas.

Music lovers can look forward to the Museum’s inaugural Concert Series presentation, headlined by award-winning performers with global appeal. Musical performances throughout the festival will feature a diverse range of artists, including talented local musicians, creating unforgettable musical experiences that resonate with a wide variety of audiences.

  • Orchestra Noir
    Known for merging classical musicianship with hip-hop and R&B, Orchestra Noir brings a symphonic experience like no other. This high-energy, genre-defying performance will open the weekend with a bold celebration of Black creativity and excellence.

    The O’Jays & The Whispers
    Two iconic groups, one legendary night. The O’Jays headline the stage in a soulful showcase of timeless R&B, with special guests The Whispers delivering their signature harmonies. From “Love Train” to “Rock Steady,” it’s a celebration of legacy, love, and liberation.

BLOCK PARTY


A high-energy Block Party on Evans Avenue, in the heart of Fort Worth’s Historic Southside. With food vendors, local artists and interactive programming, the block party will provide an opportunity for local residents and visitors alike to connect, celebrate, and dance in the spirit of Juneteenth.

Declarations of Freedom Inaugural exhibition presents an exhibition of contemporary art and selected works from the permanent collection, featuring works from artists whose practices are at the nexus of Juneteenth history and the ever-continuing process of liberation.
